A few facts about La Cadette...
The estate was created by members of the Montanet family and our friends who were willing to embark on this venture. We cleared the land and replanted the slopes with 12,5 hectares of vines between 1987 and 1997. Some of the plots of land used to belong to Catherine Montanet's family.
In 1997 we were awarded the Bourgogne Vézelay appellation for our Chardonnay wines.
Conversion to organic farming methods at La Cadette.
Officially recognised "Organic produce" label awarded to la Cadette.
La Cadette wine produced in its own wine cellar next to the church of St- Père.

13,5 hectares of which :
• 25 % is Bourgogne Rouge,
• 3 % is Melon de Bourgogne,
• 72 % is Bourgogne Vézelay.
Average production: 75 000 bottles per year
